• Payment:
Payment is required in advance by bank transfer, cash or paypal (plus the 5% administration fee).

• Deposits and Reservations:
All animals are sold on a first come first serve basis, you may however reserve an animal with a non-refundable deposit.
No animal(s) is/are considered sold until the deposit is received. Deposits are generally 25% of the total cost of the animal(s) being purchased. If we can not supply you with your order, your deposit will be refunded promptly.

• Shipping:
Live animals will only be delivered at expos. We take no responsibility for shipping provided by the customer.
If we are not attending a specific expo please mail us, and we might figure something out.

• Returns: If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the animal. After this we will not be able to give a refund or a replacement.
